A Family Tradition Since 1973


The Scarpinato Family started in the restaurant industry in 1973 when owner Joe Scarpinato’s parents, Joseph & Dolly, opened their first restaurant. By 13, Joe’s career as a chef had begun: cooking for catering events out of his parent’s garage. “Since I was young, cooking has always been a labor of love for me,” Joe says. Over five decades later, the Scarpinato legacy is continued in Turnersville, NJ by three generations of Scarpinato restaurateurs at Scarpinato’s Cucina & Catering.
